When I Need You by Joan SerratelliWhen I need you
You are nowhere
to be found
you disappear
from my life
When I need you
you go into hiding
not wanting to deal
with the problem
When I need you
you turn away
you scream, you yell
you threaten to put me away
When I need you
you leave me
emotionally
you're just not there
When I need you
you go to sleep
and pray that
I'll be gone
when you awaken
When I need you
you are nowhere
to be found
you disappear
from my life
How can you
say you love me
when this is
how you act
It's
just
not

| Posted by Maria Terezia Ferencz on 09/26/06 at 01:48 PM I feel for you Joan and I hope it gets better.....perhaps it is time to look within instead? |

| Posted by Michelle Angelini on 09/30/06 at 03:49 AM I can feel the pain in the emotional plea you've written here. The person you want to hear these words doesn't hear them, but rest assured, we do. At least you've had a chance to let the emotions escape. What you've written is part of the catharsis.

Well written Joan... |
