Cold Hard Truth~My Temporary Hell

by Maria Terezia Ferencz

kiss me deeply
it is no use
you wet my tongue with lies
honesty's nectar
you'll never taste
your mouth too full of pride

feast your flesh
so hungrily
scraping only shell
this heart you claim to own
not yours
you'll never taste my soul

Kiss me deeply
ignore the taste
of this
my
cold hard truth
your lust enough
for you
is just
my temporary
hell

...ooh, maria, delightfully serious on how we have to protect our heart against the lustful, for real and the women-folk have to deal with our b.s. that was taught to us, plus the instinctive-ness to bed-down any and every woman...ta da...chilling poetics my dear...peace, chaz
