Hobie Cat by Steven Craig
Dreams and war and hurricanes are only time made mists
Things are not grand nor are they woven fads
Always there is peace at the end of the day
Be it long with horrors or short with joys
There is always a heart that beats for life and love alone
And there are the hearts that never know true beating
Taking a breath is a way of being your self
And taking away a thought or a dream, is the way to be more
One never sees the dawn, only wake to find it there
And the dawn is always there weither you wake or not
That is something to realize as the day turns to night
That after all the fires are finally out
They will most certainly be set again.

Posted by Angela Nuzzo on 09/08/06 at 07:18 AM This is beautiful! I love the "message." It seems hopeful to me. The first line is great. I don't understand the title, but it must mean something to you. Right? :) |
