No Body, No Murder? by Deborah BreuerI'll tell you a secret
But Shhhh... Listen Close
The Walls have ears
And the enimy knows
That I took one of their kinsmen out on a date
He thought I was a nice girl
But he knew so little
That under my coat was a nine-millimeter pistol
He leaned into kiss me
And wouldn't you know it
before our lips collided
the poor John Doe
He just couldn't hide it
He begged for mercy
But I wasn't buying
I was ready to pull
And I wasn't lieing
Like an old cartoon
Painted white, black and red
His flesh on the ground
And a clear conscience in my head 08/28/2006 Posted on 08/28/2006 Copyright © 2024 Deborah Breuer
