War of the Sexes

by Daniel Peterson

Curves & Callouses
Firm & Phalluses

whose scent is unpleasantness
whose sexiness vexes us

riffing rants in solitude
OR
giving pants new attitude

The difference in gender is your mental mind bender,
and today that task requires concentration to grasp.

The moment that causes me to flinch, a southern twitch I won't control
or afford the consequences abhorred from those eyes that floored me.

Parted pigtails and a foolish grin--
how can you stand so small with such evil within?

It's a war of the sexes,
and I'm losing it indeed,
though I couldn't say why.

It's a war of the sexes,
and you're choosing me indeed,
though you couldn't say why either!
