you say you like that you can see inside my heart... by Vere Mantratriadfull title: you say you like that you can see inside my heart... so why is it wrong that it's made of glass?
windows speak to me
in tongues tied with
a knowledge that they
can close off whenever
the moment becomes
too moving to hold in
all that they guard
with a thin veil of glass
pained and prodded by
a making of wind
bearing your name
gliding over whispers
that call out
"how will you protect
what all can see?" 08/04/2006 Posted on 08/05/2006 Copyright © 2025 Vere Mantratriad
