How can you say that you don't love me,
that you don't care any more?
What has happened to the love
that you had for me before?
Not long ago you loved me
you said I was your only one.
Together with our love
we made a daughter and a son.
So how can you say that you don't love me,
I am still the same I did not change
Please help me understand
to me this is all so strange.
You said you were my friend
that you would always be my lover.
Now you stand here and tell me
you have found another.
What have I done to you
that you would want to hurt me so?
To make you say you no longer love me
and that you feel the need to go.
The love i have for you
is as strong as it was before.
I can not tell you
that I don't love you any more.
So how can you say that you don't love me,
that you can no longer be my man?
Would someone please tell me
I just do not understand.
You say that I am the reason
that I am the one to blame.
What could I have done to you
that you would cause me so much pain?
So how do I tell our little ones
we will be a family no more?
That you just don't love their mommy
like you did once before.
How can you make them understand
when even I can not see
How the beautiful love we had
fell apart right in front of me.
So how can you say that you don't love me,
I just do not know what to do.
Because my heart it is still telling me
I am so much in love with you.
