we leave these easy streets


in search of new beginnings


and to let the snow settle


before we fuck it up.





these days we leave nothing sacred


and in the time it takes to decide


we forget our reasoning


for destroying something beautiful.





we leave ourselves no option but


to set the world ablaze and hope


that we survive to kill again.


soon, we'll be the only ones





left standing in the ashes


of all we've annihilated.


and the snow will fall


starting the cycle again.
