afraid of fear (ashes ashes we all fall down)

by Aaron Michael

let alone scared
i'm shook to the soul
and still quivering in it's wake.
these hollow-tipped steel warheads
and the thought of splitting atoms
and fusing man to world
forever.

if the ashes fall,
and winter comes early,
i'll curse your afterlife
and haunt your foolish soul

until i make up for
every one you stole,
and i'm satisfied
that you finally know
that you were wrong the whole time.

till then, i'll
undermine your empire from within,
praying your gold brick statutes
don't crush me when they fall.
