Cerebration Constellation (Dry Dreams)

by Tim J Bono

A man knows dry dreams
By and by

Though he searches martian streams
For forgotten signs of life

A man sees many things
When traveling by night

Peering upward deep sparklings
inside the astronomy of his mind.

Some solace here he thinks he seeks
A rest in the erudite

But Frictionless tears he always weeps
Each burning in the light

while the astral musings that once gave him sleep
are shattered by the quiet

Orbiting the same frozen scenes
Each revolution been confined

And curses the star that always flees
From beyond his fingertips paralyzed

Orbiting some infinity
Cerebrations all pacified.

Author's Note: A radically revised version will be on its way when I have time to upload- fixed several egregious problems and vivified. ;)
