"Arizona"

by Max Phineas

My Arizona girl
Moves like a masterpiece
Eyes sparkling in the dim bar lights
She pours a Martini.

Arizona girl
With the smile of an angel
Sits next to me
And I am immersed in her aura.

Arizona girl always waits for me
Chin in her palms
Dreamily gazing into the space between the air and the doorway.

Insufferably gorgeous
With the vibrancy of a Phoenix,

She can shed dead skin
In a breathtaking reincarnation of herself.
