Another mile down the road
Moving forward into life.
The road narrows down
Spiraling away into time.
The miles move faster now
Away from an inauspicious beginning
As this long and winding trail
Carries forever forward, onward.
The road brings a truth
Fleeting, passing
As time travels on,
On into all the tommorrows.
Long and winding,
And thus never ending
Goes this road of life.
