It was somehow decreed,
written in the sky.
She never had a say,
it was a command
handed down by the gods.
She never had a reason,
it was without thought
destined by fate.
She never had a chance,
it was so ordained
out of her control.
She never had a shot,
it was so unfair
gone was her will.
