this is the first piece I have read of yours, and intruigue captures me here...love the image conjured in so few words, good use of title to tie in the piece...looking forward to reading more of your work...take care, *jewels*

You may very well be that, but sooner or later and tennis shoes are needed. I like the fact that this is expressed so simply but is very effective.

i love short poems and this one is excellent. it kind of implies a whole story in just 10 words
