Green Miata (draft)

by Michael Faraday

The grass hut at the end of the pier
in Bora Bora is a Green Miata convertible
with a stick shift and leather seats,
a CD player on an endless loop
of Kenny Chesney and everyone’s
favorite Parrothead

Bora Bora is a black BMW Motorcycle
riding two up on a sweeper on Skyline drive
running with the wind like a ship
on a mission

Bora Bora is love, honesty,
a destination to have and to hold,
a place to share a margarita smile

I like this one a lot, it is fun and the last sentence really holds itself out for a long time- i want to say green miata for the rhyme, which adds a twist to the meaning, but makes me think more about margaritas... it makes the alcohol and speed racer feel come together but i'm not sure if that's what you're after.... I hope my view of this is helpful feedback. :)
