We are a body
Whether we are a somebody
Or an anybody
And the brain
Just goes along
For the ride
And it is the body
That keeps the brain going
To think thoughts
Awake or asleep
And to tell our organs
"Always try your best"
So we should get the right fuel
For our bodies and brains
And watch what we eat
Get some exercise
Bodies are not mummies
And count our blessings,
Doesn't the world
Have enough critics?
