Desparately Single

Going quietly through these days,
These slowly flowing days of my life.
I am left wondering, wondering is so many ways
When I will find anyone,
Anyone that comes to mind.
Instead I remain desparately single
Moving so quietly through these days,
These quiet days of my life.
More sand flows
Onto my pebbled shore.
