insomnia

Half asleep, half awake
Body moving in normal time
While the mind turns in slow motion
Yearning for sleep
Never satisfying its craving
A night without tossing and turning
Seems just out of reach

At least the time was spent productively, because you were able to express your despair beautifully, if it can be described as that. I have found several things which help.
