The Threeness of Things. by Eli Skipp
i believe in conscious order,
the consistency of guns,
and the threeness of things.
That is, colors
religion
clovers,
us.
I believe in saks fifth avenue,
a fear of the unknown,
and the threeness of things.
That is, concerts
band-members
stoplights,
us.
i suppose in the threeness, it is only natural.
maybe even necessary. who knows.
because there is always
me
and you
and her
OR
me
and you
and him
there is the beauty in a sort of obsessive-compulsive ordering,
the way this works.
I suppose it's only natural.
This opposite entity,
This threeness,
It could be me. And extra shadow.
but i suppose
i believe in loyalty,
and fidelity,
and the threeness of things.03/29/2006 Author's Note: Thanks to Paganini Jones for this topic!
