Well, okay, it lights up the night.
I enjoyed it nevertheless, anyway,
Somehow, it just seemed right.
I watched your eyes sparkle, alive
Wanting to draw you closer, kiss your lips.
When that time did finally arrive
my heart jumped, did backflips.
To kiss that smile that I so enjoy
Is more than I could ever ask,
Or even seem to somehow employ.
