bathsheba

so perfectly regal
& you bathe yourself
in the daylight
so anyone could see
bathsheba, you tease
you temptress
you will ruin
a perfectly good man
with your sighs
one touch to the arm
& bathsheba, you know
you've gotten your way
you always get your way
your body
clothed in
water & sun
you can ruin a man
