There is no leadership in art
and there aren't any sentences, either
everyone just says what they have to say
makes what they have to make
and does what they have to do
to keep living

Because there is no blueprint for liberation
and I don't know how I feel about it

Walls have always pleased me
with their silent reassurance
I'm afraid to die out there
with the rest of my faltering people
I can't help but see the rules
as they really are
