Written in 2 by Bradd HowardGates and fences, little tiny latches and clasps
baby fed snakes and dark winding braids
Whiskey soaked grass and loves mottled humps
saliva coated tongues and baby backed piggies
convoluted thoughts and wire rigged baskets.
Confusion over misguided love and the sound of water falling
retreating into shadows. Cooling your face in darkness
turning hands towards clouds
pointing out our greatness.
Remembering the rumble tumble of side-stepping adventures
and the sweetly whispered affections
night time cricket symphonies
and the hope we feel with out measure. 11/10/2005 Author's Note: I haven't written lately so this was just an exercise and as the name says it was written in 2 minutes... :) enjoy

turning hands to clouds pointing out our greatness." You spoke to me and I heard. |
