something i wrote during financing by Uriel Tovaryour anvil hands
dragged behind you
scratch the marble
tile in my house.
i take the white
powder and sneeze it
in dripping up my throat.
i crack my hands in
yours
trying to get swords from
plow shares--
i'm tired of the same
old tune the clinging
clang ringing in my
head just hoping
to get some metal chips
in my eyes. 11/07/2005 Posted on 11/07/2005 Copyright © 2024 Uriel Tovar

Posted by Sarah Graves on 11/11/05 at 12:14 AM ouch, you're guilty of self-violation. I guess financing can do that. Nevermind, I have no clue what I'm talking about. There ya have it. :) |
