Arms of Autumn

by Trisha De Gracia

In the arms of Autumn
November rests its heavy head
and sleeps.
Libra keeps the vigil in both hands
And Winter
not for want of care
turns its blind eye back to the stars.
She dreams.

Tender. I like the lullaby feel to this. Very nice.

A wonderful bit of poetry...this is the most unique fall poem I have read in a long time.
