Bliss is
Everything I feel
Everything we do
When I'm around you.

It's the sun in our faces,
The clouds shattering the
World around us with raindrops
And the moon casting icy
Smiles at us from the sky.
It's an enchanted universe
Watching over us as we
Whisper to each other in the
Fallen light.

It's the expressions we take on
When we're together, and the
Expressions we hope to see on the
Miniature faces of the future:
Future peers, future friends,
Future lovers all following our
Footsteps in the Moon's shadows.

And tonight, this is bliss,
Feeling your lips pressed
Against me, seeing your eyes
Shut so tightly (like your
bedroom blinds) to keep out
The light of the moon.
