Withdrawal by Frank Lee
I avoided the sun,
Incognito from everyone,
Hiding.
I went out at night,
A smile and a handshake,
Pretending.
Empty eyes and
Fancy idiolect,
Inventing.
Careless with cash,
High on my own stash,
Condescending.
Paranoid and obsessed,
Desperate and depressed,
Recovering.
