lost weight when you let go

by Ava Blu

there are bruises on my chin
because you’ve been

d
r
a
g
g
i
n
g

my jaw
behind you

my teeth are broken from your demands

but it’s ok
because when you looked a w a y,

he brought me dentures

now I will chew through the best parts

and leave you with
my worst.

I think the title should be a little less metaphorical- it should be as raw as the poem. seriously, though, I could taste blood. great job

Wow, raw is right. Well when we don't make things happen we let the happenings happen to us. A powerful ressurgance of happening in the end.

you will get what you gave me yes, we reap what we sow negative vibrations can't generate positive feelings, when we lets thing happen and dont endeavor to UNDO.

I'm diggin this new form thing you've got going on. Still... something of your substance is missing, I think... Can't put my finger on it, though.
