Still Waters Rise by T.J. CarverSilent footsteps
Dancing in the maelstrom
Still waters rise
Dying laughter
Echoes through our lifetime
Still waters rise
Drowning beauty
Floating to the plague field
Still waters rise
Darkness shimmers
Mirrors of the fearful
Still waters rise
Singing madmen
Look through their sightless eyes
Still waters rise
Weeping goddess
Reaching for the children
Still waters rise
Deaths hand looming
Grip upon the soul
Still waters rise
Innocents pray
Humanity submersed
Still waters rise
