Lately, I've found myself wishing I believed in God
So I could place him somewhere, and live my life thinking I'd see him again someday
As a couple of dead bodies, but living souls.

I've found myself wishing I believed in God so I could justify all of lifes trials and tribulations as being part of a plan.

I've found myself wishing I believed in God
Because I don't exactly believe in anything anymore, and it's left me feeling a little empty.

I've found myself wishing I believed in God, so I could stop feeling like a social outcast
So I could be a part of something for a change.

I've found myself wishing I believed in God
But I've been shown time and time again
That my wishes don't come true.

I do not believe in God.
