Newton caught an apple on the head
and thought he had discovered
the basic principle
that governs the world of men -
why rain falls
and rivers tumble down cliffsides,
why arrows shot up come down
and pigs can't fly.

But that's just physics;
falling tears are never blamed on gravity.
