Pillow talk

by Barbara Griffith

Each strand seperates swiftly
as I move my nails across your scalp
you're asleep in my arms.

Eyes closed, peacefull face,
your breathing is deep
as I watch you sleep.

Arms intertwined, you shift
over and upwards, so sweet, so innocent,
I kiss your lips.

Eyelids fluttering and you wake,
you smile up at me, and love me
before falling back to sleep.

You really bring the reader into this intimate moment.. sensual, and confident. Great read :)
