White Lies

by James Zealy

Complacent visions
Complicate listless tales
As Fantasies concatenate
Into one melting pot
So When the adventure is aired
It cannot deviate
Nor can It eradicate
The plot twists
Amid the amalgam of demoralized confusion
Caught within a surprise demise
Alienated and circumsized
By the white lie revelation

Interesting, this almost felt like a tongue twister read aloud. "Caught within a surprise demise Alienated and circumsized By the white lie revelation" - yes, the white lies are subjective to their revelation subjective to the context and person in whose presence it is revealed. Twists and turns and unneccsary complexities are usually the result of too much thought, too many lies (intentional or not) and too many fragmented selves within taking the wheel at any given point in the presence of any associated external stimuli presented. There is no choice, and no control, yet we enjoy believing there is. White lies are usually an intentional way of avoiding hurting someone in a way we subjectively believe is meaningless. The fact that we lie unintentionally almost 90% of time seems to elude us. That's what I saw, nicely said.
