Clouded destination

by Omi Salavea

This world i held onto so preciously,
Now destroyed, you took my love and everything
with you in a bubble of bad mistakes and harsh words

like a gunsligner trapped within a wasteland
Where do i begin?
What am i supposed to do?
When does the hurt end?
Love left devastation in it's wake,
Where am i, who am i to carry on?

What apology could i possibly accept to hear
when your world's not in ruin?
What's left to fill the empty spaces in your words?

I've been running like a sentence that never begun
Every cloud in the sky follows behind me,
crying my tears for me on this traveled road of eternity
