In Response To: Back Button by Jeffrey ParrenMy keyboard of life is formatted
Without the back button
I find its use to be counterproductive
If I were to go back into my lifes times
Changing that which I assumed
Merited my regret, I would irrevocably
Change my current being
Forever losing what good qualities I do represent now
Maybe for the better
But if I find I like whom I have become
My back button would be removed
Like when the H key on my laptop broke
I went to CompUSA and plucked one

Posted by A. Paige White on 02/18/08 at 03:43 PM Congratulations on POTD! Your observations are correct, I think. Life's backspace key would kind of be like paddling against a river current with a teaspoon. Wear yourself out, but likely wouldn't make a bit of progress in the goal. Enjoyed this! |
