talking to myself

by Shonda Chrissonberry

"How is it that a girl like you
comes to fall in love with a
boy like that ~ not once but twice?"

- "It was quite easy ~ you should
meet the boy."

"So what are you going to do?
He is married, or did you forget?"

- "I don't know, and you don't have
to remind me; I will never forget."

"You sure can get yourself into
some messes, you know that?"

- "Hush ~ I know all of this already."

"You have to do something."

- "Do I? What is there to do?
You don't get to choose who you
fall in love with. Especially if
it happens twice."

"True. But remember for this to be
forever, he has to love you back.
Does he?"

- "No. I suppose he doesn't."

enough said then

Indeed... I love talking to myself... And when it comes down to it, that last bit does pretty much make it final.
