Lacuna

expression extract more
emotion then actual output
Echoes inside taunt
memorable releases with purpose,
clarity, and power
Currently rivers dried
no drowning rush, just
slow trickles around the toes
Muse-less and worthless
Tapped out, wrung out
Hung up and run down,
is this as deep as it goes?
