on being purple by Shonda ChrissonberryIt is said that if you use
purple in a child's room,
it will evoke imagination.
I never had a purple room
while I was growing up.
Mine was always white.
The first room I painted in
my own home was my bedroom.
The color is grape gusto.
My nephew picked it out.
It is also said that 75% of
children prefer purple over
all the other colors.
Is the same true with adults?
Because purple has always
been my favorite color.
But then I suppose I'm just
a child at heart.
At least I finally got
my purple room.
As far as the imagination goes,
I guess I have always been a bit
of a dreamer.
