screaming pointless

i scream so loud so long
my lungs hurt
like i'm going to cave in
i scream "fuck you"
so many times i lose count
i scream until
i have nothing left but whispers
i scream but
nothing comes of it
it doesn't help
it doesn't heal
just leaves me with
broken lungs
and you with a fresh voice
to tear heartlessly into
an all ready raw soul
