Memory of Remembrance. by Christopher ShinDrinking never seemed
so good as the last
blood drop fills me
with the savoring taste
of intoxicating youth.
Tomorrow I was yours,
but today I am but a
stranger of my own advice.
Alcohol an allie that
can only savor my sadness.
Today I as gone without you,
but today I'm just a forgotten
memory of lover's kisses.
I'm the misery of forgotten
savored youth.
I drink of grapes of vanity,
and the spanish youth
that fills my glass with
roja.
My blood bubbles over with
forgotten dreamer's dream,
and I am an artist with
a blade but not the stones
to commit a promise.
So forget me not,
and I will remember you well. 06/05/2005 Posted on 06/05/2005 Copyright © 2025 Christopher Shin
