Driving to find Self by Ava Blu
she says
she wants to dye her hair blue
so it matches her car
its her baby this car
with its delicate rims
black windows
and compact size
(its everything she owns)
she likes how it c
u
r
v
e
s
to her whims
and brakes at her feet
she likes the control of the wheel
as she flashes her teeth
I say
I wont be able to tell you apart
she says
thats the point.
