| Posted by Rula Shin on 05/03/05 at 07:02 PM Yes, one lives in speaking, the other in silence...but who is the silent one and who is the one that speaks when it's silence that speaks most? That is the paradox. That's what I saw. As always your writing is so compelling, so challenging no matter the length or succinctness (is that a word? haha)...I love this and you are brilliant. |

the sound from just one? Anyhow I clap for this poem....Charlie |
| Posted by Michelle Angelini on 05/05/05 at 09:44 PM They are two parts of a whole. One is yin, the other is yang. Maybe they are at "loggerheads" but without one the other would not exist. Thanks for the mental challenge in your poetry Ashok.

| Posted by Quentin S Clingerman on 05/06/05 at 06:24 PM You express succinctly and clearly of the paradox in which many of us find ourselves. (Some are so introverted they never find voice. Some are so extroverted they never find themselves!) Most of us, I think, live with the paradox. |
