rula's catapillars & maria's garden

by Charlie Morgan

both givers of life by the breaths
they take and spouting words for
the measure of change;

and

both see the under-side of life's mirror
for it is us--them, and entities--physical
and ethereal so minific

that

daily they're uncounted and unmet
'til the Earth Mothers birth them
in thought and essence.

our

perception honed to dullness
as all life, being one, passes
seen, unseen, out of focus

and

we drink Neptune's waters
from the sieves used by Daniards
trying to decipher life's meaning.

all

the while, o' Women-of-Great Words
describe the un-seeable, whittle-away
at the un-knowable until all has been
uttered in kinship for life and Love,
as the murmurming dies away
and left only:

the question of when?

'and left only: the question of when?' Well, I am failing to fathom this when? But yes, this woman Rula Shin, as I know her ( who is my spiritual guide too) is a woman of great words and much much high on this invisible ladder of evolution. This is a beautiful tribute to these women.

Oh I feel so honored! And here I am blushing. So kind are your words Charlie that I hardly know what to say, “givers of life…spouting words for the measure of change…our perception honed to dullness as all life…passes…unseen, out of focus…drink[ing] Neptune’s waters…trying to decipher life’s meaning…while, o’ Women-of-Great Words describe the un-seeable, whittle-away at the un-knowable” – how very lovely, and what a great compliment for this woman who herself feels humbled by your lavish expression of appreciation. Change is in the air, yes, willingly and intentionally and consciously LOVE too is present…in the mind, heart, and soul of that ONE being that has merged from two and emerged so readily and eagerly, spreading the golden wings of faith and comunicating steadily with the wind beneath, tackling the obstacles as they come. The caterpillar is no more, and no less than pure beauty journeying infinitely to a non-destination destination…thank you so much Charlie :-)

I am left speechless....which is something that does not happen often. As to the question of when??? I hope never, I am in love with the mystery of it all.....
