These gears that drive us, buried in the mem'ries of
the universe can never stop and never dream. Their
solace lies exclusively in pressing forth as paramours
to unheard thoughts of those beyond who've lived the past
and gaze at us with queer intrigue. The downfall soon
shall wash along its course, an archetypal sort, effectively
ignoring us and ours and as ether'al rivers wet with cosmic dust
can never cease to carry on for futures gone.
Thus, so shall we, the wicked, be interminably turned
along this cycle wreathed in painful bliss. Mistaken, then,
is he who peacefully believes that all of this, this
liberation from the carnal sty, is permanent, for when
the cranking of the gears has reached its end,
the grinding, everlasting revolution, of the gears
begins then once again.

You said you'd be there for us,
so where are you?
This is a lesson
like all the rest.

Like all the rest,
we take forgranted our time within the rust-blue
classroom and neglect the important things in life.

This time, it'll be different.
This time, I am not going to waste my time
in time too short with time to time myself
in time like I have done so many times before.
This time, it will be different.

It appears the gears are grinding once again
for me and for the rest of us.

My time has come
once again
like all the rest,
but today will be a brighter day.

Today, I turn upon the mighty wheel
that turns us all as we return
in apathetic malice to the "mortal coil".
It is this wheel, this grinding gear,
this diabolical routine,
that is our justification for reason.
It is the nature of our being.
It is our rite of passage into this world.
