My Writer's Block

by Kourosh Taheri-Golvarzi

I still have words yet written down
because they don't exist;
So, at my mental constipation,
I shake a tiny fist!

04/07/2005

Author's Note: pretty self-explanatory. written keeping in mind my attempt to keep my poetry short and to-the-point (which is REALLY HARD FOR ME!!!). Inspired by my favorite 4-line poem, "Western Wind": "Western Wind" Western wind, when wilt thou blow? / The small rain down can rain. / Christ, if my love were in my arms, / And I in my bed again. / - anonymous Hope you enjoy!
