Sail Away

My friend had a sailboat, ever weekend we'd go sailing.
we'd put-in and
t h e n w e'd s a i l, f i r s t, w e' d
rigupallthesails,thejib,thespinnaker,themainsail,andtryto
getthedamnthingstartedbeforeweranagroundandsanktothebottom
and then we'd set sail.

first, we'd s a i l f r o m ....................here,
to over here, then .......we'd sail ..............to there,
then to here, then ...............................to there,
then to here, then ...............................to there,
u n l e s s t h e w i n d stopped!
F o r h o u r s w e'd t r y to get from there
to here to ....................................there, again.


So,

when i bought my boat, i bought one that
had a big fast motor
and when I wanted
to go
from
here to .............................................there,


I
started
the
damn
thing
and
went
straight
from
here
to
there.
