I have seen the wind swept plain
from upon a mountains peak.
I have seen the mighty oceans
that run so blue and deep.
I have seen the lofty clouds
that float in a clear spring sky.
I have seen the eagles
as they soar, and dive, and fly.
I have seen the snow topped mountains
from a forest's glen.
I have seen the raging rivers,
and heard their mighty din.
I have seen all the beauty
of this wide spread land.
I have seen all the wonders
made by the God of man.
