nothing to say by Laura Doom
Virtual infinity, a gift from the ghetto
invisible to the naked voyeur
erases all vestements of truth
washing out wisdom's frugal graffiti;
sobriety's aphasic song,
over clamour of hard-earned trash
understates, yet elevates abysmal
reams of literary alibi
citing this explicit
euphemism for silence

Posted by Rula Shin on 04/19/05 at 02:14 AM Those poor 'dot dot dots' - can you say identity crisis? hahahaha So creative! It reminds me of something my father told me once. He said, that for English class in college, the professor gave a final exam essay question. One question, "Define and articulate the meaning of COURAGE" - one exam came back with one line, "this is courage". HA! "that's great!" I told my dad. "not really," he replied, "He got a big fat F" ;-)
