Emotional Pack Rat

Pile up on top me this quickly
Perhaps if I didn't stack these things so high
They wouldn't fall so hard and squish me
The pack rat in me stores
All my emotions to keep for later
It even steals away my tears
So that I can rarely ever cry
Then the horde it keeps
In my mental closet explodes
Causing me to drown
In my stash of unshed tears
Sometimes I wish I could feel
Right now I wish I could cry
