Where's My Walker? (I'm Getting Old)

by Jersey D Gibson

I've got a gray patch of hair on my head,
it's been there for a while.
At least I still got some hair,
keeping it with current style.

No wrinkles at least, or liver spots,
by my license belies my age.
I'm trying to subtract a few years,
but we're not on the same page.

AARP has started mailing me pamphlets,
life insurance has risen the rate.
Dang, I forgot where I placed my walker,
getting old is a crappy fate.

gee thanks Jersey ~ I turned 30 one week and one day ago, 23 seemed like yesterday (just wait, 30 will creep up on you when you least expect it) Happy (early) Birthday! :)

Hah! you just wait. 50 comes up in no time at all and then you'll know just how young you were right now!
